One of our local fairs was last week! Gregg was out of town and I kept thinking I should take the kids anyway... I finally mentioned it to the boys and they promised they would be helpful!

This guy was trying to balance! That was a lot of fun to watch too!
Eric thought he wanted to do the rooster chase but then he changed his mind. It is sooo much fun to watch! A dozen 4 and 5 year olds run around chasing a chicken!!! Haha! It certainly draws a big crowd.
The bigger kids get to chase a pig! Aaron and Jared both did that.
I treated the family to whoopie pies before we left!One of our other favorite fairs is next week. That fair is known for the fireman's tug of war! They have to wear their fire boots! If you don't get there early enough, you can't see a thing. The placed is mobbed! We have all volunteer firefighters in our small towns around here and they have a lot of fun with this competition.
